The PNY NVIDIA Quadro FX 580 features two DisplayPort connectors. This next-generation display interconnect supports ultra-high resolution digital panels (up to 2560 x 1600). On the PNY NVIDIA Quadro FX 580 backplane a single DVI-I dual-link connector is joined by a pair of DisplayPort connector (three connectors total). Only two connectors can be used at the same time (e.g. the DVI-I connector and one DisplayPort connector or both DisplayPort connectors). A DisplayPort to DVI-D SL adapter is included for customers who need to drive two DVI compatible displays. DisplayPort cannot drive analog (VGA) displays unless a third-party adapter is utilized (not included). |
